SANIJET manufactures the highest quality spa baths and proudly stands behind them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, less the original freight charge. To qualify for and obtain the refund, you must 1) be the original purchaser and end user of the product who purchased directly from our factory for residential installation, 2) contact customer service (877-934-0477) to arrange the return by a carrier selected and paid for by SANIJET and 3) return the unit as instructed in its original condition and packaging without any damage within 30 days after SANIJET originally shipped the unit to you. This guarantee is in addition to our standard 3-year warranty on parts and labor for residential installations.
