SANIJET Two Year Limited Commercial Warranty
WHAT IS COVERED: Parts only to repair or replace, at SANIJET's election, any manufacturing
defect in a component or tub shell, except for items and expenses excluded below.
Labor is not included.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED: Metallic plated hardware, light bulbs, fading from exposure
to direct sunlight; damage from shipping, mishandling, abuse, misuse, neglect, accident
or natural disaster.
DURATION OF COVERAGE: Two (2) years after the date of original purchase for commercial
use. AS A CONDITION TO WARRANTY COVERAGE, SANIJET may require you to establish the
date of purchase by dated sales slip, delivery receipt, invoice, bill of sale, deed
or other credible documentation.
HOW TO GET SERVICE: Report the defect, bath unit serial number and date of original
purchase before the warranty period expires to SANIJET's customer service department

UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR: Any completed or attempted repair or alteration by anyone not
expressly authorized in writing by SANIJET will VOID THIS WARRANTY.
DEALER WARRANTIES: No dealer, distributor, homebuilder or other party has any authority
to bind SANIJET to any changes or additions to this warranty in any respect.
LIMITATION OF DAMAGES: TO the fullest extent allowed by law, SANIJET disclaims and
excludes liability for consequential and incidental damages including, but not limited
to, loss of use, lost rentals, lost profits, loss of business reputation, out of
pocket expenses, damage to property other than the warranted product, mental anguish
and punitive damages. Some states limit or do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages, so some or all of these limitations may
not apply to you.
STATE LAW RIGHTS: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES
UNDER STATE LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD DESCRIBED ABOVE. Some
states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation
may not apply to you.
