Water is fundamental to human life: fresh, pure and clean, it sustains our health and cleanses our bodies. Shouldn’t the water you bathe in be as sanitary as possible?

Breeding Ground
In testing conducted at Texas A&M University, 100% of water samples taken from piped whirlpool and air baths from locations throughout the United States tested positive with high concentrations of infectious bacteria. Read more.

Truth About Cleaning Protocols
Since the whirlpool bath industry has no independent standards for cleanliness, we felt it important to provide consumers and specifiers with assurance beyond reproach. Read more.

Our Safety Promise
We’ve made bathing safety our top priority and industry conversion to pipeless systems our overall goal. Read more.

Breeding Ground
To our knowledge, no piped whirlpool bath or air bath manufacturers have any reliable testing to prove the efficacy of their cleaning recommendations. No other system can match the SANIJET standard for proven cleanliness and hygiene.

The Truth About Cleaning Protocols
In order to provide credible, independent certification that our systems can be totally cleaned and disinfected, SANIJET submitted its Pipeless circulation system to NSF International, an independent not-for-profit organization widely committed to public health, safety, and protection of the environment, for testing. Under Protocol P182, NSF simulated exaggerated unsanitary bathing conditions for 7 consecutive days. Each day, five types of pathogenic microorganisms (i.e. Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, E. Coli, Candida albicans and Aspergillus fumigatus), bath soap, bath oil, and a nutrient source for the microorganisms were added to fresh water and circulated for 60 minutes before the vessels were drained. On the seventh day, the jets were hand-cleaned using an off-the-shelf non-abrasive antibacterial cleaner (Lysol), rinsed, and sterile water was circulated for 5 minutes and then tested. The tests confirmed that one can thoroughly clean and disinfect SANIJET's Pipeless circulation system. As a result, the SANIJET Pipeless™ system is the first and only hydrotherapy system certified for disinfection from NSF International.

Our Safety Promise
We remain dedicated to inform the public about the hazards of unsafe hydrotherapy products which cannot be sufficiently cleaned to eliminate the threat of bacterial infections. Consumers have a right to know the facts, and when they do they overwhelmingly choose SANIJET.

See The Dirty Little Secrets About Piped Spa Baths

When you relax in a piped whirlpool, you’re not alone.
A microbiologist at a major university found infectious bacteria in 100 percent of piped baths tested including E. Coli, Staphylococcus, Legionella and Pseudomonas. Only SANIJET Pipeless Spa Baths are NSF-certified for complete disinfection.

1. Remove the jet. An easy turn of the jet assembly removes it for cleaning.

2. Wash the jet. Simply clean the jet with a non-abrasive disinfecting cleaner.

3. Replace the jet.
